Well, I hate to say it but, the last tournament for Summit City for 2005 is now history. Sad but true! I hope everyone had a good time. It was nice that the weather held for us and gave us a pretty nice day although I could have used a little more wind to help position the fish...
As for the techniques: Bob and Bill spent most of the day on the breaks with a yami (fish would just pick the bait up and swim at you. You might feel a tic or you line would just go slack!) and then moved up with the traps to the weeds close to the break. Greg and Bryan took their big fish on a jerkbait along the weeds close to the break and the rest came around the pads on a spinnerbait. They would have done better had Bryan been able to get his fish to the boat on the jig. I'm not sure how anyone else caught their fish. They will have to fess up at the meeting.

Editor's note: Did anyone else actually catch anything anyway?
